Where is OneUp Furniture located?
OneUp Furniture is located at 35 High Street, Lansdale, PA 19446. This is our only location and our warehouse is appointment only. Our warehouse is not a showroom with items on display but we can show you specific items from our site that you would like to see.

Do you use accurate photos and videos?
Our photos are high quality and make sure to display multiple angles of the furniture, as well as the features of the furniture. On top of that, if there are any flaws (rips or stains) on the piece they will be pictured as we want you to receive exactly what you expect. We also provide a high quality video highlighting anything our pictures may not see and allowing you a close to person experience.
How do I schedule a time for delivery?
To schedule a time for your delivery, you can select from our available delivery windows during the checkout process. We offer a free delivery window from 8:45 AM to 3 PM. If you prefer a more specific time frame, you can opt for a paid delivery window, either from 9 AM to 12 PM or 12 PM to 3 PM. Please note that while we guarantee the chosen delivery window, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.
Our dedicated team will get in touch with you to confirm the delivery date that aligns with our schedule. On the eve of your scheduled delivery date, we will provide you with a more precise delivery time, which is determined after planning our route for the day. Additionally, on the day of delivery, we will keep you updated with real-time notifications, texting you an estimated time of arrival (ETA) as we depart from our previous stop. This way, you can be fully prepared to receive your order when our delivery team arrives at your location.
Can I Reschedule My Delivery?
A delivery can be rescheduled 24 hours prior to when your scheduled delivery is (the earlier you tell us allows us to be more flexible on new dates!). Deliveries must be rescheduled to a further date no more than 7 days after the original scheduled delivery date.
How does the "Cash On Delivery" payment option work?
At checkout you will see an option to select “Cash on Delivery”. This option will allow you to schedule your delivery for $100 down. The remaining balance on the order will be due in cash when your item is delivered.
This option is only available for for Pennsylvania and some New Jersey customers as we use a 3rd party delivery team for our other locations we serve.

What is the difference between door-side delivery and in-home delivery?
Door-side delivery means that you would have people to bring the items inside your home or apartment yourself. We can put the items inside of a garage, at a loading dock or near an apartment lobby and you would handle the heavy lifting.
With our white-glove in-home delivery our team of professional movers will handle the heavy lifting and set up your items inside your home exactly as you’d like.
