Outstanding from start to finish. The website is very user friendly and easy to navigate. The quality of the sofa we purchased was very good for used and also was as described on the website. We ordered the sofa at 8pm and received delivery at 9:30 am the next morning. You cannot beat efficiency at that level. We were in the range for free delivery which is also a huge bonus. The terms of the free delivery is that they leave it outside on the doorstep with an extra fee for inside delivery. This is a great deal for the price of the sofas. The delivery workers were courteous and polite We did not choose to pay the extra cost for the inside delivery however the delivery workers let us know they had extra time and brought the sofa in the house for free. With 4 young children in our house we go through sofas quickly and without a doubt we will use this company again if we are in need. I would highly recommend them. – Scott M
